Our philosophy of sustainable design is to enhance the quality of the project while at the same time working within the flows and patterns of the natural environment. The sustainable impact of each of our design decisions must be accessed at every stage of the design process. Along with various guidelines, LEED is used as a guideline for energy efficiency and environmental concern.

We believe it is very important to involve all key players at the very beginning of the projects as this is when the most critical decisions are made. In our experience, the Integrated Design Process is an important way to facilitate this method. SEI has architectural and engineering disciplines under the same roof and we communicate and discuss issues of different projects on an everyday basis from schematic design through to construction. Our projects are the result of team efforts that complement a thorough approach to design and commitment to our clients and their communities. We are attentive, inquisitive and examine design problems to provide a wide range of options, always including our clients in the creative process.
